This 45-minute webcast provides an overview of Center for Medicare Services (CMS) Patient Safety Structural Measure (PSSM) and how the AHRQ Surveys on Patient Safety Culture® (SOPS®) Hospital Survey, and a shorter SOPS pulse survey version, can be used to meet requirements for Domain 3: Culture of Safety & Learning Health Systems.
