This is a 30 minute morning vitality yoga flow. Part 25 of the Energise Series of classes. A compact, balanced sequence to build energy & focus. Begin with Kapalabhati breathing then flow through a dynamic standing sequence with accessible backbends and balances to cultivate strength, focus and a steady vitality that you can carry with you through the rest of your day. A practice that will warm your body, clear your mind and leave you feeling radiant for your day ahead.
For practice, you may wish to have a yoga block or folded blanket for support.
