Once a sponsored child from an underprivileged, single-parent home in Honduras, Lester is now a successful entrepreneur. Children International’s youth and employment programs helped Lester create a coffee company and, more recently, became the owner of a small hotel. Helping his community to thrive, Lester is proud to provide internships for sponsored children, but he is most proud of the fact that he has broken the cycle of poverty for his young son.
