Although I didn't get to walk through all 19 homes during this year's Salt Lake Parade of Homes, the few that I did experience...I have to say that The Fortissimo European Romantic by ‪@symphonyhomesutah‬ is MY FAVORITE!

It's truly stunning from beginning to end. I hope you enjoy the full video walkthrough as much as my wife and I did.

As mentioned, I've never been a fan of the rambler/ranch style, but the Fortissimo European Romantic has made me fall in love with it.

Bravissimo to the builder for the exquisite design, finishes, patterns, color palettes, everything - you've solidified my trust in you.

The curb appeal is AMAZING - the contrast of the stone work with the black is perfection IMO. The landscaping (front & back) shows the 425K price tag, and very well done. While simple, the pool area (and pergola) maximizes the views of Corner Canyon - beautiful and serene. Perfect for entertaining.

The whole main level uses every inch of space wonderfully, beginning with the entrance (love that steel door). The home office is ideal (those built-ins, yes!); the receiving are with textured walls plus high ceilings are great.

The exposed beams in the family room with large amounts of natural light, enhance the vibe of this floor plan.

As Elle, I too love that Butler's kitchen. The olive green with gold accents, compliment the black/white checkered tile quite well. The cabinets in the kitchen are muah!

What about that primary suite? As always, exposed beams with high ceilings are attention grabbers for me. The fireplace with mantle - magical.

Then you go past the black steel and privacy glass barn-style door, into a jaw dropping primary bathroom. Not big on tubs, but Elle sure loves them - that chandelier though. The European walking shower is a must.

And that walk-in closet....ahhh so much to talk about.

In conclusion, the Fortissimo European Romantic offers just about everything you could want. We could talk more about the bedrooms downstairs, the theater room, the gym...although, like I said, I would prefer the extra garage (with epoxy floor) to be the actual gym - imagine it with mirrored walls? ;)

With a $3,500,000 price tag, this 7,500sqft Riverton home is ready for one of you to make it home.
