Today, we're eating Toro Sushi from my favorite sushi restaurant in the Twin Cities, Sushi Fix! Toro is fatty tuna -- basically pork belly but tuna! SO YUM.
I have toro nigiri, a roll topped with toro, and another spicy tuna + shrimp tempura roll. All amazing -- highly recommend!
