This is a mock therapy session based on a real session. The client is an actor, Diana We, a brilliant actor who has agreed to help me make this video. Thank you Diana! The video is the 2nd session focusing on a person who experiences depression, social anxiety, and believes she is rejected by others. Over the course of the session, we examine whether others reject her or whether she unknowingly rejects others. As per usual, some of the client's comments and therapist interventions are not accurate or true to the actual thing but good enough as a learning tool!
