Welcome to my Youtube Channel! This is my first video. learn how to cook and easy 15 minute chicken, celery, carrot soup recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 red onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
3tbs of olive oil
8 celery sticks
2 large carrots
2 x chicken breasts (season chicken well to your liking) I used
pepper, salt, paprika, taco seasoning, rosemary,
spices: pepper, ginger, oregano, cumin 1tbs, sea salt, curry powder
1tbs, herbs de provence
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
1 1/2 cups of water
Instant pot setting: MEAT/STEW 35min, wait until steams then turn
off and let the flavors unfold in pot.
