Got out on Lake Sammamish with Jacob for a beautiful day of trolling for cutthroat trout. We started the morning in thick fog that slowly burned off, opening up into perfect conditions on the lake.
This trip was also the first time running my new Okuma Convector reel paired with an Okuma Kokanee Black series rod, and the setup felt great on the water. We were trolling from a Flycraft powered by a Newport electric trolling motor, which made for a quiet and smooth day on the lake. Once the fog lifted, I sent up the DJI Mini 3 to capture some aerial footage of the conditions.
