How to increase the rise of your pants.

How to lower a crotch seam (or increase the rise). This is an alteration that I have thought about doing for years! literally! I read a fashion article years ago and the guy being interviewed said you can't change the rise of a garment. Nothing motivates me more than being told I can't do something. So, here I am doing what I read couldn't be done. After I recorded the video, I went and looked up this topic and found several people who have done videos on this alteration. I purposely don't look up the topic I'm working on because I don't want my method of doing something to be influenced by what I see other people doing.
