This tune is from our 16th note work section. The best way to get a grasp on these types of grooves is to play them at all tempos. So I tried to write material at different tempos to deal with this and have fun at the same time. I love Earth Wind and Fire type Ballads. 16th note funky grooves like this are really great to play at these tempos and the drummers for that band were a big influence on me as a kid!
