Vanity Fare ere formed in Kent in 1966, they released a number of singles that failed to chart before their 1968 #20 hit 'I Live For The Sun'. 2 more non charting singles followed before they released 'Early In The Morning' which took them to #8 in the UK , their highest placing. It also reached #12 in the US.
I saw the current line up including Eddie Wheeler joined 1970 and Bernie Hagley (1974) they tour as part of the Sensational 60's Experience, the show is well worth going to see.
