Opening RESOLVE, one of the five flagship programmes of the 4th edition of Abu Dhabi Finance Week, Linda Fitz-Alan, Registrar and Chief Executive of ADGM Courts, highlighted Abu Dhabi’s legal and economic ecosystem’s ability to let finance, technology, and dispute resolution operate side by side.
Emerging sectors are moving quickly, and the Court, she noted, has made it its business to move just as fast by modernising the processes through which justice is delivered.
With close to 500 cases this year, ADGM Courts continue to perform as a leading international commercial court should: efficient without cutting corners, digital without losing human judgement, and dynamic without compromising the rule of law.
