Complete playthrough of the Jewels in the Skull DLC for Skelethrone. Most of the trophies involve bosses, and some require you to beat certain bosses without taking damage, so you'll need to die if you get hit by them if you want it, as there's no way to respawn them that I know of other than a new playthrough. The one non boss related trophy involves finding shards, of which there's a farm spot for it. The farm spot does require having a specific weapon from the base game, which is acquired at the beginning of the vid before even attempting the DLC.
