„Ey Yare Man“ (published in 1985) is a song by Iranian singer, Hayedeh (1942-1990), who has been and continues to be, even after her passing, a very popular vocal artist in Iran. The composer of the melody is Anoushirvan Rohani, one of the most noteworthy current Iranian musical artists. The lyrics are of the 13th-century Persian poet, Rumi. His poems were usually sung to traditional Persian music. Modern artists have a renewed interest in the beauty of ancient Persian poetry. This interest has spawned modern popular melodies to be added to this treasure of Persian literature. Rumi’s love poetry has been interpreted in both temporal and spiritual contexts.

«ای یار من» از ترانه‌های محبوب فارسی است که هایده (۱۳۲۱- ۱۳۶۸) آن را در سال ۱۳۶۴ اجرا کرد. شعر ترانه برگرفته از دو غزل مولوی (۱۷۹۸ و ۱۸۰۵) در دیوان «غزلیات شمس تبریزی» و آهنگ آن ساخته انوشیروان روحانی است. روحانی در مصاحبه با رادیو زمانه گفته است که «ای یار من» را پس از انقلاب در آمریکا روی شعر مولانا ساخته و در آلبوم «ترانه سال» منتشر کرده است. این آلبوم ترانه‌های جدیدی را دربرمی‌گرفته که آهنگسازشان انوشیروان روحانی بوده و هایده، مهستی و معین آن‌ها را اجرا کرده بودند.
