Video Game Idea: Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing Accelerated (Characters)

A Video Game idea for a new racing game in the Sega Superstars series. Featuring Sonic, the Sega Superstars, and third-party guest characters, it would be a sequel to Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. King Dodonpa, with the help of Owl, Masami, and Chris McLean, is hosting a new interdimensional tournament, inviting not only Sonic and his friends, but also many other heroes and villains from SEGA's world and beyond.

Driving cars, bikes, hovercrafts, and Extreme Gear, Sonic, his friends and foes, SEGA superstars, and VIP guests will race through a variety of events and race tracks, all in pursuit of the finish line!

A true return to the roots, the new SEGA All-Stars Grand Prix is now upon us!

● A total of 192 playable racers! Featuring 48 from Sonic the Hedgehog, 96 from various SEGA games, and 48 guest racers (including the return of Hatsune Miku!)! Plus, 24 new racers have been added as DLC, bringing the total to 216 characters!

● Each racer drives one of four exclusive vehicles: car, bike, hovercraft, or Extreme Gear, each with their own unique stats and playstyle!

● Race across 96 distinctive race tracks, new and retro tracks alike! 24 from Sonic, 48 from SEGA and 24 Guest tracks! And additional 16 will be added through DLC for 112 race tracks!

● Go Head to Head in Standard Races or battle it out in the Battle Arena (Battle, Capture The Chao, Chaos Emerald Grab, King of The Hill and Knockout)! Play across 24 Battle Arena Maps, 6 Sonic, 12 SEGA and 6 VIP.

● Dress up the characters in special costumes for a little sprucing up!

● Many Music tracks from past titles are included in full swing to play on and off the race track!

● The All-Stars cast are fully voiced, bringing the iconic characters to life!

● Rebalanced Items and Gameplay for fair and balanced 12 player races!

Game Modes

■ Grand Prix: Race across numerous Cups to become the best! Each cup features four race tracks split into three categories of tracks; Sonic, SEGA and VIP. Have what it takes to be the Best? Choose your Difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard and Very Hard) and your Speed Class (C Class, B Class, A Class and S Class) to create your ideal racing experience!

■ Battle Circuit: Battle through four Battle Circuits to be the best in the the Battle Arenas! Each Circuit has six rounds that uses the five Battle Mode Rules! Choose your Difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard and Very Hard) and your Speed Class (C Class, B Class, A Class and S Class) to create your ideal battle experience!

■ World Tour: Returning from Transformed, travel through 12 Maps, each with 40 Missions to complete. Compete in races and special challenges from Transformed and Team Sonic Racing, including special boss battles at the end of each Map! Can you complete every mission in the Tour and collect all 1,920 stars!?

■ Single Event: Pick a racer and choose between racing on the track or battle in the Arena! Customize how you want the race to play out!

■ Time Trial: Play across the race tracks to get the best time and even beat the Developer Times!

■ Online: Participate in Races and Battle Arenas against other players all around the world in Ranked and Friend Matches!

■ SEGA Shop: Use the SEGA Miles you earned playing the game to unlock more characters, race tracks, costumes and music for the jukebox and race tracks!
