Getting Started Spinning with a Drop Spindle

When I learned to spin, I was handed a spindle, some yarn, and after a 30-second lesson sent on my way. I spent days chasing a dropped spindle, and my first yarn doesn't even qualify as art yarn! I hope this video inspires you to grab (or make) a drop spindle and start spinning your own yarn.
