In this video we tear down a Polaris AWD front diff that stopped working. Damage to the electro-magnetic clutch(Hilliard) wires at the point where they enter the differential case led us to believe they were the issue. We were wrong. The diff was nearly absent of oil and contaminated with water. This. Will be a budget rebuild. Certain corroded parts were simply way too expensive to replace and we couldnt find them used so we went the “best we could do” route. In the end it worked. Watch or skip around every part of this project, probably 6 or 7 part series, to see it to completion
