Following the choice you made(Option B), Lamar now believes Franklin about Stretch's betrayal. He decides to hang with him at night from now on. Aside from this, Trevor is upset and unhappy about Franklin's decision to rid of Michael and decides to not meet him again. The same goes for Jimmy as well as he knows that Franklin is lying and then later moves away with his family.
The following convo takes place after choosing Option B(Kill Michael). The only difference with this convo is that the conversation changes AFTER getting drunk at the bar/club. If you saw the original conversation between these two after choosing Option C, that convo remains the same except the last part after getting drunk. Just to straighten that out.
