So if you're looking to avoid allergens, are lactose-free, celiac, are vegan or vegetarian, cutting down on your cholesterol, or just looking for something delicious to put in your mouth, you've found the right recipe!
These cookies play nicely with cookie cutters, and don't spread when you bake them. You also do not need to chill them before baking at all - straight from mixing bowl to counter to cookie sheet to oven!
