Radio Shack 12-898 Classic AM FM Radio Evening AM Chicago Area

The Radio Shack 12-898 AM FM Classic Portable Digital Alarm Clock Receiver has been brought out after five years of waiting on a Shelf to be Heard again. It does a decent job on the local, and semi local stations. Distant stations are a challenge for it, but the radio will respond well with a passive loop during an Evening bandscan. The radio's saving grace comes from it's great sounding speaker audio. A good pick up if the price is nice and low :)
