How to lubricate a cottered crank bottom bracket without removing the crankset or lubing the tube

I've done a number of videos now on my 1970 Raleigh Twenty but I decided to make one more about the old school, improvisational technique for lubricating bottom brackets of bikes with cottered cranksets. While it's definitely possible to remove cranks with a cotter press (or a ball joint separator, as I've previously shown), you can also simply pour some motor oil down the open top seatpost and let it work its way down to the bottom bracket by gravity. I've read a number of stories from subscribers and others that this has worked with great success and only needed repeating after a few years of riding. At the end I take this wonderful opportunity to make a potentially tasteless joke about another way to deliver lubricant through the seatpost: (spoiler alert) greasy poo.
