In this video I explain the simple circuit I will be using to covert my HO model train cars from incandescent to LED lighting. This circuit can be used with any low current (3 amp) & low voltage (24v) applications (AC or DC). and can convert voltage all the way down to a steady 3v with enough capacitance to handle small losses of power.
