Hello Portugal Lovers!
On our road trip we visited this beautiful land and community in Central Portugal, and we made a video about it.
Mount of Oaks (Monte dos Carvalhos) began in 2006 and in the first years, hundreds of people passed through, staying from a few days to a few years as pilgrims, painters, builders, gardeners, and dreamers. This is a non-profit association with the aim of educating for sustainability and regeneration, ecotourism and community life experience.
At this farm it is possible to spend some eco holidays, run or participate in curses and retreats and also volunteer.
