We are back again with another round of tournament lists to review and a meta game to talk about with a Tau focus.

I'm testing out time stamps so lets see if they work

This week saw another round of dominance from the top 3 armies in the game and the brave upsets from the next tier down. Death Guard really showed how able their diseased bodies are and managed to win a good chunk of tournaments and infected the largest singles tournament over the weekend. Like before, the lists are largely the same and I doubt the next round of balance will be kind to them.

Knights are in a similar boat with multiple event wins and lists that are almost exact copies with some difference. Both flavors of knights revolve around Cerastus Knights with some fire support in Despoiler class knights and armigers. They are going to recieve just as much love from the nerf bat when it comes swinging in as Death Guard.

The Tau made an honorable showing but no high placings in larger tournaments. Some players are still trying to make Crisis Suits work and they are doing alright but even the best will still struggle to make something from nothing. It also seems breachers have fallen out of favor this week compared to last but that is most likely a blip rather than a trend. Overall, the factioon is staying around the mid-low 40s in win rate so there may be some changes in store in the next balance pass.

Sisters and GSC are doing well with largely the same lists with minor modifications and are the most consistent in the current meta outside of DG and Knights. A few wild Space Marine experts pulled some tournament wins out of the air and had some fun lists as well. Its kind of interesting how the meta is quite balanced outside of DG and Knights.
