We’re greeted by Ubo, the friendly farm pup, and treated to lavender lemonade and herb-infused almonds before touring the fields, learning about carob plants, and local honey made from thyme. The day ends with an unforgettable Sicilian feast prepared by Rita — fresh vegetables, grilled zucchini, homemade jams, organic cheeses, and plenty of wine.
