Carp tug of war with the new Wasatch Phoenix Rising Tenkara rod TenCarpa 9-13-25

Went to the river today to try out my new Wasatch Phoenix Rising Tenkara rod. Although the conditions were not optimal, I eventually found some fish and caught a couple on the new setup. It is very nice and supposed to be a stronger rod than the Wasatch Rodzilla Tenkara I have been using, we're gonna test that, lol. Saw a Bald Eagle today, they migrate through this area with the ducks and geese in the fall and are a cool sight to see in central Kansas of all places.
