I’m beginning a new therapy for my ME/CFS — Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic Therapy (IHHT). This innovative treatment mimics the benefits of high-altitude living without leaving your chair.

By alternating between low and high oxygen levels, IHHT can increase red blood cell production, improve oxygen delivery, and potentially enhance stamina — all crucial in a condition defined by exercise intolerance and post-exertional malaise (PEM).
