San Bartolomé de Tirajana is a Spanish municipality located in the southern part of the Canary Island of Gran Canaria, in the province of Las Palmas, on the Atlantic Ocean. The municipality's seat is the agricultural town of Tunte (also known as San Bartolomé de Tirajana), situated in the Tirajana Caldera and the upper part of the Barranco de Tirajana (Tirajan Gorge), at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level.
The current town was built on the site of an earlier Guanche settlement of the same name. During the conquest, an image of St. James was brought here, and since then, the town has been called Santiago de Tunte. It houses the 17th-century Iglesia de San Bartolomé de Tirajana, with three naves and wooden vaults. Although construction of the church began around 1690, it was not consecrated until 1922. Another interesting structure is the town hall, whose courtyard features wooden galleries. Two local spirits are produced in the town: guindilla (a type of cherry liqueur) and mejunie, made from rum, lemons, and honey.

San Bartolomé de Tirajana – gmina w Hiszpanii, zlokalizowana w południowej części należącej do Wysp Kanaryjskich wyspy Gran Canaria, w prowincji Las Palmas, nad Oceanem Atlantyckim. Siedzibą gminy jest rolnicze miasteczko Tunte (nazywane również San Bartolomé de Tirajana), usytuowane w kalderze Tirajana i górnej części Barranco de Tirajana (Wąwóz Tirajana), na wysokości 850 m n.p.m.
Obecne miasteczko zbudowano w miejscu wcześniejszej osady Guanczów o tej samej nazwie. W czasach konkwisty przywieziono tu obraz św. Jakuba i od tego czasu miejscowość zwano Santiago de Tunte. Znajduje się w nim XVII-wieczny kościół Iglesia de San Bartolomé de Tirajana, posiadający trzy nawy i drewniane sklepienia. Mimo że budowę świątyni rozpoczęto ok. 1690 r., konsekrowano ją dopiero w 1922 r. Drugą ciekawą budowlą jest ratusz, na którego dziedzińcu znajdują się drewniane galeryjki. W mieście wytwarza się dwa lokalne trunki – guindillę (rodzaj wiśniówki) oraz mejunie, sporządzaną z rumu, cytryn i miodu.
