Zen op zondagochtend! Zo begon de dag voor wellness redacteuren Kim & Alexandra op het strand van Scheveningen. Yogadocente Mirona ( Yogacenter Karuna) nam ze mee voor een Yoga les op het strand van Scheveningen in de buitenlucht. Het geluid van de zee, het zoute briesje en de klankschaal op de achtergrond brengt je helemaal tot jezelf. De 'warrior poses' werden ingezet en gevolgd door een zonnegroet op deze zomerse dag op het strand van Scheveningen voor Beach Club Colorado Charlie aan het Zwarte Pad. Doe jij wel eens aan yoga in de buitenlucht en yoga op het strand?

Zen on a Sunday morning! That's how the day started for wellness editors Kim & Alexandra on the beach of Scheveningen. Yoga teacher Mirona (Yogacenter Karuna) took them for a Yoga class on the beach. The sound of the sea, the salty breeze and the singing bowl in the background bring you all the way to yourself. The warrior poses were deployed and followed by a sun salutation on this summer's day on the beach of Scheveningen for Beach Club Colorado Charlie located at the; ‘Zwarte Pad’.
