Ingredients:
Cookie-
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
Icing-
1 1/2 tablespoons of meringue powder
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons of water
Directions:
Cookie-
1. In a medium bowl, mix together sugar, oil, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs, until well combined.
2. Fold in flour until incorporated and it forms dough.
3. Scoop out dough onto a line baking sheet and flatten with the palm with you hand.
4. Bake at 400F for 8 -10 minutes
Icing-
1. Sift icing sugar in a medium bowl.
2. Add meringue powder and water. Stir until if forms a smooth paste.
3. At food coloring if desired
4. Load into a piping bag and frost the cookies however you want!
5. Enjoy!
