Though there are several steps in creating these amazing lemon sugar cookies, nothing is too difficult, and easily followed by beginner and experienced baker alike.
Recipe;
1 1/2 C butter (3 sticks)
1 1/3 C sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
zest from 2 lemons
4 1/2 C all purpose flour
Lemon glaze;
2 C powdered sugar
Juice from 2/3 lemons
350' 12-14 minutes
