PEANUT BUTTER JELLY BEERRECIPE for 3 gal (~11.3L)
6 LBS [2.7 KG] Total Malt:
-100% 2 Row Malted Barley
4.5 GAL [17 L] Water

Mash @ 152ºF (66.7ºC) for about 60 mins
______________________
.25oz [~7g] Warrior at beginning of 30min boil
1LB [~456g] PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter) at end of boil

-Ferment with Philly Sour Yeast + SafAle S-04

-Stabilized before adding:
-3LBS Frozen Mixed Berries + 2 Cans of Frozen Concentration

Original Gravity: 1.046
Final Gravity: 1.009
ABV: ~5%
