Life After Dinosaurs Was a Nightmare Fuel

Life after the Chicxulub impact was nothing short of nightmare fuel. 66 million years ago, the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction wiped out most of Earth’s species and ended the age of dinosaurs.

Yet from this devastation began the rise of mammals and birds. Life clawed its way back in the grim aftermath of one of Earth’s darkest chapters.
