Navy Grog (Don the Beachcomber) | Tiki Drink Essentials

Described as "A robust rum punch dedicated to the gallant men of the American navy," Don the Beachcomber's Navy Grog was more appealing to those men in the 1940s who felt many fancy cocktails were a little... unmanly. The Navy Grog uses 3 rums and some select mixers to create a strong elixir that stands on its own within the tiki cocktail world.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. grapefruit juice
3/4 oz. club soda
1 oz. honey mix (1:1)
1 oz. light rum (Hamiliton 87 White 'Stache)
1 oz. dark Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)
1 oz. Demerara rum (El Dorado 12)

Instructions: Combine lime juice, grapefruit juice, club soda, honey mix, light rum, dark Jamaican rum and Demerara rum into shaker tin with ice. Shake well until cold and pour into glass with ice cone garnish.
