👩🏻‍🍳재료[Ingredients]: 📌1 Cup=200ml
중력 밀가루 2 1/2 Cups[250g] all-purpose flour
드라이 인스턴트 이스트 4g[1tsp정도] dry instant yeast
따뜻한 우유 160g warm milk
설탕 3 Tbsp sugar
베이킹 파우더 1/2 tsp baking powder
소금 1/2 tsp salt
버터 또는 식용유 2 Tbsp melted butter or cooking oil
단팥 300g sweetened red bean paste [fillings]

👩🏻‍🍳만들기[Instructions]:
우유에 이스트 넣고 잘 풀어 준 후
믹싱볼에 밀가루 소금 설탕 베이킹파우더 이스트물 넣고 반죽
한 덩어리로 뭉쳐지면 버터 넣고
표면이 매끄러워 질때까지 6-7분 정도 치대 줍니다
따뜻한 곳에서 2배로 부풀어 오를 때까지 발효
발효된 반죽을 8개로 소분하여 동글게 합니다
소분된 반죽을 바닥에 놓고 동글 납작하게 한 후
단팥소를 넣고 만두처럼 싸준 후 동글동글 굴려주며 매끄럽게 성형 후
잘라 놓은 유산지 위에 얹어
김오른 찜통에서 15분 쪄 줍니다

Proof yeast in lukewarm milk
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead until smooth
Shape the dough into a ball and set aside in warm place until double in size
*The time needed is very much depending on the temperature: about 2 hrs in wintertime/ 30 min in summer
Divide the dough into 8 portions. Shape each portion to a round ball
Press it to a wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of red bean fillings in center
Seal completely. Turn the bun over and shape it into a dome
Place on top of a round cut-out parchment paper
Repeat to finish the remaining buns
Place the buns in a steamer basket,
Add some water to the pot and bring it to a simmer
Once the water is simmering in a wok, settle the steamer basket over the pot and cover, and steam the buns for 15 minutes
