Making Cold Brew Coffee with Hario Mizudashi

Hario Mizudashi is an easy-to-use cold brew coffee maker. Getting the delicious cold brew takes only a few simple steps and patience.
1. Grind 50 grams of coffee into medium coarse grinds (E.g. Baratza Encore, setting #25)
2. Pour the grounds into the filter
3. Fill 700 grams of water (1:14 ratio)
4. Let it sit in the fridge for 16 hours
5. Remove the filter
6. Pour the cold brew over ice and enjoy!
This cold brew coffee maker can't make cold brew concentrate. You can make ready-to-drink cold brew only. If you like a stronger taste, add more coffee, for example, 70g of ground coffee for 700g of water, or use slightly finer grinds.
