Varca Beach - Best Hidden Beach in South Goa

Varca Beach is is hidden away and not well signed from the main roads from Goa, so head off the beaten track to Varca Beach to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach on the undeveloped location in South Goa.

More about Varca Beach

Another quieter beach in central Goa with white sand that stretches for two kilometres along the is Varca beach. Access to Varca beach is restricted by a small river running parallel to the beach. To access varca beach there are little bridges either in the resorts on the public paths.

Once you get onto Varca beach it's not too developed. There are a handful of shacks with lots of spaces in between them. Varca is a little bit off the beaten track but it does have a bit of everything and hardly anybody visits.

The sea at Varca is okay for swimming in, a little bit rough so you'd have to be able to swim to go out in there, but it's still nice.

Most of the accommodation at Varca leans towards the high-end, four and five-star resorts and hotels.
