3D Printing Gold Bars – Can I Make Plastic Look Like Real Gold

For as long as we know, alchemists failed to create gold but I thought, I have a 3D printer… can I print gold?

In this project, I design and print a set of gold bars using different materials and finishes from raw PLA to Rub ’n’ Buff waxes and metallic paints to see which one looks the most like the real thing.
