Courtney Ross believes that loving where you live comes with a responsibility to make it better. From her early career in Tennessee state government to her current role as Head of Community Engagement at Amazon, she has been a connector — linking business, civic life, and philanthropy in ways that strengthen communities.
Courtney asked Wanda Lyle - AWA Class of 2021 - to join her and they discussed how purpose, perseverance, and a belief that we rise by lifting others truly make a difference.
