For my birthday this year, I gave myself a gift: doing something out of my comfort zone.

I painted a cookbook from my grandma’s handwritten recipes—without any fancy art background, without waiting to be “ready,” and for the first time ever, I posted it on YouTube.

This video is a small tribute to my Oma Bodo, to the flavors I grew up with, and to the courage it takes to start something before you feel ready.
