WARM UP:
Important to ALWAYS WARM UP before a workout to prepare your muscles for some heavy lifting. We never skip the warm up
DYNAMIC STRETCHES:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Side to Side Shuffle
Soldier Walks
Lateral Lunge + Pivot
BAND WARM UP:
Banded walks 1x10
Banded Squat 1x10
Banded Squat Jumps 1x10
Banded Squat Hold 1x10sec
Banded Frog Glute Bridge 1x10
Banded Clamshells 1x20 each
Banded Fire Hydrants 1x20 each
CORE WORK
Plank 4min
STRENGTH PORTION: 3x8
Hip Thrust w band (chin tucked) (can do w Dumbbell)
RFE Lunge
Tempo Barbell back squat (can do w Dumbbell)
Trap bar deadlift
Lateral Lunges + side kick
Dumbbell Single Leg deadlift
Airdyne bike
