It’s a zero-waste sewing project perfect for wearing inside the house during fall and winter time. This video is not about traditional methods of making chanchanko vest, but rather my original way to achieve the look and functionality quickly.
I used pre-quilted fabric, but you can add a layer of quilt batting instead.
I noticed that I used the word “neck band” and “collar band” interchangeably in this video. I meant the same thing, which was the long piece that attached to the front opening and the back neck continuously.
