Stay tuned.You can easily reach Mathurapur station in South 24 Parganas district by taking a train from Sealdah station.
We reached Mathurapur station.  From here you have to take an auto, magic car or bus to reach Raidighi Main Bus Stop.  From this bus stand, you can reach East Jata by pressing Toto or Auto.
If you tell the driver of the car, he will drop you off in front of the temple.Jata means, the name of this temple according to the name of Shiva Shiva Jata.
Shiva Ratri, Charak Puja are all these festivals, but on a special day of the year a special festival is organized under the supervision of the temple authorities.

This festival is celebrated on 2nd Baishakh.
The main attraction of this festival is the horse racing competition.
According to the Archaeological Society, this Deol Deul, built in Istok in the 11th century AD, is better known as Jatar Deul after Shiva.
It is said that the temple was discovered in the Adiganga valley during the clearing of deep jungle in the 180's.  But there is debate about when, at what time, and how it was created. It is known from history that it was built in 965 AD during the reign of the then king Joy Chandra of the Chandra dynasty of Bikrampur.  It is now heard that the ASI, the Indian Archaeological Preservation, has announced that no excavations will be allowed within 500 meters of the temple.
It is believed that more architecture is underground.
This Jatar Deul is on the list of nationally important monuments of West Bengal.
Baba Volenath fulfills all the desires of the mind as heard in the mouths of the devotees.
There is no light inside the temple. The villagers said that earlier attempts were made to turn on the lights, but it was never successful.
Many miraculous stories can be heard about this.
