Good morning! Let's get salty lol. Last year I read the Booktok darling Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros and ABSOLUTELY hated it. So much so, in fact, that I decided to rewrite it! I specifically had a lot of issues with the magic and the worldbuilding around Xaden, so I thought of some alternative ways to keep the bones and structure of the story while also making it make sense. This was a super fun creative exercise and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed it!
