Additional Info regarding today's episodes and VL XL (starting tomorrow): Attention! Non-Chrolli spoilers ahead!

Later on in today's first episode (after 1:48) Arno returned and was shocked to see the picture that used to hang in Clarissa's office. They both started thinking of old times, about Clarissa supposedly dying in a plane crash 10 years ago. Arno said no other person has ever impressed, disappointed and betrayed him the way Clarissa has. They talked about Arno and Clarissa's twins Jan and Julia. Jan has obviously disappeared, and it's been ages since Arno talked to Julia.

All of this is in preparation of VL XL. Starting tomorrow, VL episodes will be 45 minutes instead of 24. About 34 minutes will be set in Düsseldorf, 11 minutes in Mallorca. Main focus is on Clarissa, Jan and Julia. Their story was the first ever on Verbotene Liebe 16 years ago. Jan and Julia fell in love with each other, without knowing they were brother and sister. Clarissa had separated the twins after their birth; she took Julia with her and left Jan with Arno, who didn't know that there was another child. Clarissa von Anstetten used to be the villain of the show, constantly fighting with Tanja. Tanja was also the one threatening her on the plane that crashed. Tanja survived and returned to VL three years later. It's never been said what really happened to Clarissa. Charlie used to be her best friend and supported many of her schemes.

Second episode (starting at 1:48)
Episode title is 'Das Steuer herumreissen', which has two meanings:
Literal: Jerking the wheel; figuratively: Changing course

Everything that happens between the first Helena scene (in the car) and the repetition of that scene is a flashback to previous events on the same day.
Helena's in a rush to get back home to sign the new contract for Lahnstein Enterprises (rushing even more because she decided it's always a good idea to take the time to show Jessica who's boss and have sex with Andi in an elevator).

Tanja overheard Charlie and Arno pondering about what's going to happen to the fashion label 'Ligne Clarisse', now that Marie von Anstetten is dead. Tanja decides that she wants to take over, and makes it a condition to sign the new committee contract. Like I said above, Tanja and Clarissa have always been enemies, so to have control over her company would be her chance to really get back at her (supposedly dead) old adversary.
You probably already guessed that the woman at 6:25 is Clarissa. She's in a prison in Uruguay and she's about to be released.
