This BMW 550i came with a completely ruined engine, and what I found inside was even worse… After removing the engine, I discovered the block was unusable. Instead of giving up, I picked up a seized second-hand engine for scrap price, tore it down, cleaned every part, and rebuilt a fresh motor using the good components, including the cleaned engine block.
With the engine sorted, I went through the entire car fixing all the remaining problems — the rear bumper, sunroof issues, the headlight adjuster, and a ton of smaller details. After a full deep clean and a lot of hours, this BMW 550i went from a broken mess to a clean, smooth-running machine again.
