From 2001 until 2006 I rode around the world on a Yamaha YZF R1, traveling 250,000 kilometres through 75 countries.
In this part I travel through the Sahel in Mali, ride 2-up, are sightseeing in Timbuktu, struggle tired and sick through the desert, patch 20 holes in the tyres, got my dislocated arm fixed under sedation and meet a doctor that didn’t expect me to survive the Malaria.
