Peaceful River Camp with my Dog in Murray Cod Country

Join me and my loyal Border Collie Sven on a two-day adventure into the heart of Australia's Central Tablelands. 

We set off along a secluded river, surrounded by stunning rock formations and lush landscapes, as we fish and camp under the changing weather conditions. Along the way, we encounter some of Australia's unique wildlife, including curious kangaroos, traces of Quolls, shy wombats, and the elusive platypus (x2).

While we don't strike gold on the Murray cod fishing this trip, the journey offers some incredible serenity besides the river. From casting lines in tranquil waters to setting up camp on a gorgeous grassy riverbank, this trip turned out to be a bloody good one!
