In this series I will explore new workouts which you can implement into your workout routine to literally shock your body.
In today's episode I'm going to dive into James McAvoy's workout routine which he did to become the beast in the movie GLASS. After watching the movie I immediately wanted to know how he put on so much muscle mass in such short time. It wasn't easy to find his routine but what I did find was that he did the 5x5 power lifting workout routine at some point of the transformation. I'm pretty sure he did a variety of workouts through his entire journey but this one is a banger for sure.
