The Beatles "Hello, Goodbye" drum cover - Ringo Starr Drum Set Lesson

"Hello, Goodbye" was written by Paul McCartney, and is credited to Lennon & McCartney. Oh my heavens, how does Paul come up with this stuff?!?! The musical ideas, and the arrangement, are so creative, innovative, and fun. And on top of that, the drum part is so musical! I really wonder how they came up with these drumming ideas - was it all Ringo? Was it maybe mostly Paul? Did George Martin give some feedback during early sessions that gave the group some ideas? Ringo is playing melody - something not hardly ever done in a rock 'n' roll tune. Man this stuff is fun to play, and it's so hilarious to imagine the Beatles's music video, while playing along, because Ringo plays on a toy-sized drum set (go watch it if you never noticed before).
